Join restricted guild

Cost: 100;

This allows you to join a guild you'd otherwise be restricted from
joining. After you set this, you can join that guild in
its joining room. Whether its secondary or tertiary depends
on when you join it, like joining any guild normally.
NOTE: This only works on guilds that have at least 14 levels.
In other words, you cannot use this wish on tertiary only guilds.
NOTE TWO: This only works on guilds that aren't on your
primary guild's joining list. It does NOT allow for joining
a guild that is specifically disallowed from joining.
